Big O Tires

I had visited the Big O Tires - Peoria #6231 location (order reference #18225) and was greeted by Larry Morales. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. In addition, I was in and out within a decent time which I truly appreciate. Thank you to the technician who also worked on my vehicle and made sure I was back on the road safely!

Lene was super helpful and kind, and made it possible to get my car fixed. Jeff was so sweet, he immediately came to me when I pulled in the parking lot to help me. Every time he's seen me afterward he remembers me and asks if they got me taken care of. Great customer service!
